DESCRIPTION:
Real Estate Sales Executive generally oversees various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties/space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the promotion of property/space sales on advertisement media and listing services
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties/space to offer them real estate deals
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
Coordinate the closing of property/space deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
Conduct the inspection of a property/space to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM system
Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties/space on the housing market
Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field
At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Must have good property price negotiations skills to reach a profitable bargain
Good communication and organizational skills
II: Position title: SALES EXECUTIVE - AUTOMOTIVE.

DESCRIPTION:
Sales Executive is responsible to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features, developing and qualifying buyers and closing sales.
DUTIES:
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
Provides sales management information by completing reports.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any related field.
At lest two (2) years of sales experience from automotive industry.
