JOB DESCRIPTION
Kiota Women's Health and Development (KIWOHEDE) is a non- government organization with focus to promote reproductive health, children’s rights, development and advocacy. The organization was founded in 1998 by health and social worker activists and got her registration in 1999. Since her inception KIWOHEDE engaged in rights promotion, social economical and development approaches as the organizing principle of her project to serve women, children, youth and the community. KIWOHEDE’s project thematically focus is to fight child sexual abuse, violence and exploitation, teen pregnancy, early marriages and school dropouts among girls across the country.
Based in Buguruni, one of the low-income areas in Dar es Salaam, KIWOHEDE is further committed to work with poor communities in Tanzania to promote, children, youth, women's dignity and rights .KIWOHEDEs geographical working coverage area  includes  Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Arusha, Singida, Iringa, Mbeya , Ruvuma, Kigoma, Tanga ,Shinyanga and Mtwara .

KIWOHEDE MISION:

KIWOHEDE exists to contribute to the elimination of all forms of abuse, sexual violence, and exploitation through policy and community engagement, reproductive health and institutionalization of  strategies  to prevent, rescue , rehabilitate  and integration mechanisms for vulnerable and affected children, youth and women .The mission and programming areas of KIWOHEDE is further realized  through the  desired impact  in protecting  children and in particular girls from all source of abuse, violence and exploitation at the national, and  community levels. Engage Local authorities and the public in supporting the organization to curb injustice to children and women..

Job duration: Two years
Where to report: To Program manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE JOB POSITION:

To lead in maintaining and updating databases for three program interventions (Structural , SBCC & biomedical.
To assist and provide technical assistance to other project’s staffs within the district in collaboration with Program manager.
To implementation and evaluation of monitoring tools and data management.
To ensure that DQA is carried out quarterly according to DQA guidelines and that recommendations following the site DQA visit are implemented.
To ensure timely data entry, cleaning on a routine basis, generation of data queries and routine progress reports.
To collaborate with other team members to prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports on supported program areas.
To develop and respond to queries related to data analysis.
To work closely with Sauti regional Data manager so as to ensure daily, weekly and monthly data are reported timely.
To perform other duties as assigned by Program manager.
